These terms are an agreement between you and Senvo. By using the app you accept them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Senvo is

Senvo generates suggested replies to messages using AI. Suggestions are exactly that: suggestions. You decide what you send, and you are responsible for the messages you send. Do not use Senvo to harass, deceive, or harm anyone, or to break any law.

Free allowance

New accounts get 3 free reply generations and limited Coach access. After that, Senvo Pro is required for continued use of premium features.

Senvo Pro subscriptions

• Senvo Pro Weekly: $2.99 per week (USD), after a 3 day free trial.
• Senvo Pro Annual: $29.99 per year (USD).

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase. Both plans unlock unlimited replies, every tone, Sound Like Me, and Vibe Check.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or from Senvo's subscription screen. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the app, or use it to generate unlawful content.

Disclaimers

Senvo is provided as is. AI-generated suggestions can be imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for outcomes of messages you choose to send. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Senvo and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
