Privacy Policy

Senvo ("we", "us") helps you write replies to messages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to make the app work, we never sell your data, and your conversations are never used to train AI models.

What we collect

• Content you submit. The conversations, screenshots, and descriptions you share with Senvo so it can write replies, plus optional texts you provide to the Sound Like Me feature.
• Account data. An anonymous account identifier created on first launch, your onboarding preferences (goals, tone, style), and your reply history.
• Purchase data. Subscription status, processed by Apple and our subscription manager (RevenueCat). We never see your payment details.
• Basic usage data. Which features you use, so we can improve the app.

How your content is processed

When you request a reply, the content you submitted is sent securely to our servers and processed by third-party AI service providers acting on our behalf, solely to generate your replies. Your content is not used to train AI models and is never sold or shared for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your reply history and profile are stored in your account so the app can personalize your replies. You can export everything we hold (Settings, Privacy, Export my data) and permanently delete your account and every associated record at any time (Settings, Delete account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never use your conversations for advertising or model training.
• We never read anything you do not explicitly share with the app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK, and California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. The in-app export and delete tools cover these; for anything else, contact us.

Children

Senvo is for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update this page and note it in the app.
